She turns complex transformation priorities into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen leadership, culture, capability and adoption. She has a strong track record of delivering global programs across diverse markets and cultures, aligning senior stakeholders and converting strategic ambition into measurable organizational action.
Her current focus is AI people readiness—helping leaders build the confidence, capability and operating environment to adopt AI responsibly and translate it into business value.
